In-Store Purchases

We offer 14 days for exchange or refund for in-store purchases. 

Receipt MUST be present

Original card used to purchase is required for returns. No cash back. 

ALL sale items are FINAL SALE. 

Items must be unworn/unused, tags in-tact, and in original packaging. 

Underwear, socks, and some swimwear will not be accepted. They are final sale. 

 

Online Purchases:

For exchanges or in-store credit you must contact us by email at [email protected] for authorization, within 10 days of receiving your shipment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods such as, but not limited to, underwear, socks and some bathing suits.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of their exchange. Please ensure you have kept original tags attached, have the original receipt and the returning item is unworn. Once we receive the item back we will issue a store credit or ship out the item to be exchanged within 3 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your exchange has been processed. 

Onethirtythree will not accept or assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages being returned. It is recommended that returns be made through a reliable courier, with a tracking number or traceable system.

Once the item has been approved by us, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Onethirtythree reserves the right to cancel any order. It is rare, most cancellations occur based upon lack of information, unverified shipping addresses, or fraudulent information. If an order is cancelled, please contact Onethirtythree by email at [email protected] to rectify the issue. 

To purchase an item using an in-store credit, please email us at [email protected]. We will process the credit for you and ship out your item.

Discounted/Sale items  
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and/or discounted items cannot be refunded.

 

Shipping

Free Shipping in Canada on orders over $200. Please note that we only ship order within Canada. 

Items purchased online are usually shipped within 48 hours. Purchases are sent using Canada Post.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please let us know if you require a signature for your order.

We DO NOT take responsibility for any lost or stolen packages. We will do our best to help locate any lost packages but the risk is that of the shipper not Onethirtythree.


All items purchased from Onethirtythree are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss for all shipments is passed to the purchaser upon our delivery to the carrier, Canada Post. All packages come with up to $100 insurance and Canada Post always does their best to locate any lost shipments. Lost shipments are a very rare occurrence. 

In Store Pickups:
For all In-Store pickups, please bring a valid piece of Photo ID.
